How to determine the DEWA Connection
To prevent job cancellations, we need to determine whether the DEWA is connected directly or to a water tank by asking the customer the following questions.
Check the water tap inside the villa once the DEWA valve is closed.
1. if the water supply stops/is cut it is direct from DEWA
2. if the water supply pressure gets LOW its direct DEWA
3. if the water supply still has the same pressure then DEWA supply to the WATER TANK

- Chlorine tablet will be dropped inside the tank as many as required per tank capacity and number of outlets.
- Keep the chlorine to stay inside the pipeline for 10 to 15 minutes to dissolve.
- Check chlorine reading from the tank and flush water from each tap and outlet.
- Cleaning of all taps outlet by using brush with cleaning solution.
